One side done. Not the easiest job solo, but manageable. MT sliders.

I saw a GX today or it could of been a LX all black with the black grill and grill trim. The all black grille and trim looked good. I also saw a 200 Series Heritage Edition, that looked better.

Ok driver side done now. That would have been a 20min project with 2 peoples. But I needed to vent work frustration in the garage and decided to make it happen.

I feel like if you put “invincible” on a truck and sold it in the states, some fuckwad would launch it of a parking garage and if still alive, sue toyota blind. It should just say “poser” on the back. Any member on this forum could drive that truck into the ground if they weren’t paying for it.

I mean first of all that V wedge created has to real nice for aerodynamics. Can probably pop a wheelie easily. I am actually scared to see how it is actually attached. Looks like a death trap unless driven under 20 mph and only in a straight line.

Thinking about getting a hybrid bumper. The only thing stopping me is that I'm like 250 miles away from home until May. Covid is gonna shut the college down any day now so...

Thanks :hattip:you take good care of your Truck Also.

It’s not always this clean. I had just finished cleaning it up. I try to stay on it monthly. This way it doesn’t get out hand. Plus it keeps me busy and away from all the saloons on the beach :burp:

That filter I replaced was about 6 months old. Big difference today as far as cooling in the cabin. It definitely needed to be changed.

Also hit 5,000 on the OD This morning, and have a set of AT tars ordered.

Did my own version of the AC drain mod. I've never experienced much surface rust on any of my previous trucks vehicles even when they were parked outside for their whole time under my ownership. Here in GA it's just not that much of a deal. My Tacoma actually fits in the garage so it gets to be parked inside. But just to say I've done something I crawled under and sprayed a rag with Fuild Film and wiped down the area of the frame where the condensation will drip and run down. Might wipe down the whole frame at a later time but I doubt it'll be necessary. (The bronze looking spots on the frame weld is not rust, kinda looks like it in the photo but it's not)

I wash mine at least once a week and the interior gets attention more than that. Since we are getting all this rain now, yesterday I clay barred the windshield, then used CRL Bio Clean followed by a few coats of Chemical Guys Hydro View to help shed off water easier. In all honestly, the Chemical Guys stuff is way easier to apply but not as great by a long shot as Rain X. Rain X, when used with the methods listed first shed water so fast and clear that I really don't even use the wipers especially when first applied and for a few weeks afterwards.

    One of my Favorites

Monday swapped in some Timbren SES Front Bump Stops. For now My truck is on pavement most of time, and I’m happy with the results.

Thanks @DAS Taco for a review and some feedback on these.
