Quick question on notches. Was going with 55and 6 when I receive my 6112s and I'm aware some use 1/4" spacer for taco lean. Could you essentially set the driver's at 6 with a 1/4" spacer on drivers side and 6 on the passenger and acheive more lift ? In theory it ought to work although I haven"t heard this being attempted.

You could go either route. Handful of people have gone 6/6 + spacer without any issues.

Purchased, then threw all these parts on two days later. Loving the setup. 6112 on top level, 1/4 plate drivers side, Camburg UCAs, icon 3 leaf AAL and 5160s in the rear. Really looking at upgrading the leaf packs as i didn't get as much lift as I thought in the rear, or may add the overload spring back in.

It may take a bit for the front to settle especially if you have not used the truck offroad on rough terrain. I'd give it some time before changing the rear suspension any further.

Will do, going out to Anza Borrego this weekend to play around with it. It's only been two weeks on this setup.

It's really not bad, the front feels like it soaks bumps up really well. Rough at first but after a few weeks it seems to have softened up considerably. The rear leaves a little to be desired, possible leaf pack change in the future i think.

did you have to trim much to get your tires to fit?

I had to trim the back corner of the fender, not much but I will need a cab mount chop, rubbing on that. These tires are a little larger than my same size BFG KO2s that i had.

makes sense, BFG's run a bit small imo.

    285/70x17? or 295/70x17?

Got about 4" of lift right after installing, but settled down to about 2 1/4" after a few days.
After an alignment: 2 degrees caster, 0 camber, and 0 toe.
Drives excellent, 0 vibrations. Way better than stock.

Bilstein 6112's 5th clip 1/4" spacer driver's side. Icon tubular UCA's with Delta joint, wheelers superbumps, ECGS bushing. Allpro standard leaf packs, 5160's, U bolt flip kit with wheelers super bump's, extended stainless steel brake lines, carrier bearing drop. Icon rebounds 17" with Nitto terra grappler G2's 285/70/17's.
I'm planning on a very similar setup. Did you use spacers on your stock wheels?

This. I have the same setup with the Icon 1.5" progressive leafs and I just went down from 6/5 to 5/4 and added a 1/2" shim and I'm level now.

Go 5/4 with a 1/2" shim if you want to be level. I have the exact same setup and had to put in a 1/2" shim at 5/4 and I'm level now. Rear was too low at 6/5 or even 5/4 with no shim. Although, I've heard the 1.5" icon aal can vary per truck quite a bit. Maybe you'll be level at 5/4 by itself.

Thanks. Did you use the wheel spacers because it rubbed? Very nice truck by the way.

The one who dies with the most stuff wins.
I'm going to be helping my friend install his 6112s soon, but the ones he ordered from bilsteinlifts.com didn't come with the top hat hardware. Can anyone confirm this is what he'd need? When I bought mine from Wheeler's I ordered them assembled so I didn't have to buy these. Also, where can I find the correct assembly order for how these go together?
