I did cheat and use the 845 on the roof using the long throw DA, but the rest was by hand. That shit sucked; hadn't done a paste sealant in a while. Tacoma is gonna kill me...

Like they say...the best of old technology is often better than new. Carnuba is still my go to.

Don't get me wrong, I like the new ceramic sprays, they just don't offer that "glow" that some of the sealants I use has. We're gonna see how this 476 holds up in the winter. Gonna wait a month or so before I apply it to the truck. First the frame gets completely washed/degreased and then coated in some RP342.

Above my pay grade. I've never used a sealant, polish, etc. Just a couple coats of wax per year. Maybe a quick ceramic or spray wax just before winter. No/minimal swirls as I use a soft boar hair wash brush.

I just have no life

I try and use products that I only have to apply twice a year. Once in the Spring and then again in the Fall. I've polished many a vehicles over the years, but haven't had to as much (or if I do it's a very light polish) recently with buying new vehicles. The Camry's first couple years were very harsh on it as it got driven alot in any weather. So there's still some chips, scrapes, dents, and permanent bug etching on it, etc. However I still try and keep it looking decent. Still looks better than 95% of the ones of the same age on the road. As you know winters in the Northeast can be brutal. Just 1/2 a winter and my 2021 got pummeled with the rock salt. The passenger side shock is all chipped up form all the salt they use on this mountain...

I figure what I do is still more than most. Truck still looks good after 10+ years.

Out on a walk on this beautiful evening and saw the strangest cloud formation. Completely by itself. Not another cloud in the sky. Thing was quite large.
