If she wants steps, a flat slider with top plates might be a good compromise. RSG makes a flat version of mine available with flat top plates, grip top plates, or no top plate. She's welcome to check mine out. I'm hoping to stop by this afternoon.

If I had a 4Runner, it would have slee sliders. I’ve got them on my tundra, very happy with them

Those look really nice! If I were buying again, I would strongly consider them. They're pretty expensive, but look like they're worth it.

Damn it! I might need Mcspazatron’s address for the next Friday driveway Beers.
I never got those errands done. Rain was in the forecast so I didn’t wax the truck!
My neighbor showed up around 12:45 and My wife said our beer drinking went on way too long.
    7:30pm is apparently late? :notsure:
    Oh well

I'll be there. Gota stop at Meisfields meat market first for their Hickory Smoked Apple Pie Bacon and some jalapeño cheese hot dogs.
A beer for lunch sounds good.

I'll be somewhere in Wisconsin driving around with my car guy buddies for the annual fall road trip. If we're anywhere near Sheboygan I'm going to try to stop by for a bit at least.

if I don’t have to work, I’ll be there. Would it be frowned upon if I had a smaller cooler with some beers in it? It’s important to stay hydrated!

It’s Wisconsin! They have beer at the children’s museum and the zoo in Milwaukee.

3 Sheeps Brewery website said the tap room/patio will be open. They will have a food truck on the property but I’m waiting for confirmation on that.

You really need to get a fridge for the 4Runner. Then it’ll always be at the perfect temperature

I've been considering it for awhile now. I have to do some research, as I want to set up a solar charging system to maintain the battery when I'm not moving.

I'm also trying to figure out a way that I can remove the cooler on longer camping trips and have if be self sustaining by solar power and a battery without being a major PITA to set up.

Could be a good winter project.

I replaced my main battery with 27f agm a while back. Now I’ve got a 85w panel mounted to the hood (cascadia4x4) with mppt charge controller connected to main battery.

currently using a dometic cfx35w (also have arb elements 63) and I can run indefinitely as long as there’s some sun or I drive / run engine every few days. It’s definitely worth spending a little extra on dometic / arb / engel / snowmaster for the more efficient compressors and better insulation.

tested it this summer and ran for over a week no problem just sitting outside, even with it being 80+ outside.

another thing to remember too, if you use a 65qt cooler, you don’t don’t need a 65qt fridge. You only need like a 35-45 because now it’s not half full of ice.
