Up and enjoying some good coffee. Got all my work/painting "stuff" organized and back in totes. All loaded up to head home in a bit. Bout' a 2.5 hour drive.

Sadly in the rush to pack I forgot to vacuum the truck. It'll get vacuumed for tomorrow though. Got the spare helmets, cooler with water (thanks @Sig45), and the meats in the back.

We've talked about putting jump seats in the bed like the old Subaru brats....

 

It was a right of passage when I was growing up to fill the bed with 4 or 5 friends and go swimming.
We never died, fell out, caused an accident.
Fuckin nanny lives we have to live now..

we may or may not have had a arm chair in the bed on occasion

 

I've ridden home in the boat on the trailer a couple times because we were out of room in the truck. Fun times... I will say, this little truck picks up all the cones at the end of the event, usually with three people in the bed. It becomes the squattytruck again when there's that much load in it.

 

We did have a guy in the circle track car going home one time. The bed was full of equipment.
He said it was a real weird feeling..
