Anybody ever seen a garage with this amazing electrical setup? Couldn't figure out why the light switches didn't do anything until I looked down... 97B5DE74-29BE-473E-8424-A2C6E7A15F9D.jpg

Ding ding ding! To power the lights in the "garage" they had those two copper pipes. They'd hook up a battery terminal to each pipe and then turn on the light switches...

Not really so unsafe from the shock standpoint, leaning a metal handled tool against it could be exciting.

@CurtB , did you get that movie watched yet?
I gave my cousin the DVD this afternoon after we worked on the Corvette.
Corvette mishap today; the driver side rear shock mount....pulled all the threads off trying to get it pulled through. It's kind of like a wheel stud with the knurled (not actually a knurled but sure those here will know) end that needs pulled in. I brain fart and didn't use the tool I made to remove them to draw the new ones back in. I never did get the old ones out so I bought 2 new ones. I tried using the castle nut to draw it in and I believe just not enough thread engagement.
$60.00 mistake after shipping & handling.

That's ok, I bought an ECU for my boat motor that turns out to be useless and so far my best bid on ebay for it is $100 less than I paid so I've got you beat.
