I've never been good with welding on the diff. Your post only soldiers my reasoning for not doing so. If it was poor weld penetration that's a different story though.

i have no idea on penatration. i used a solid dude that does all my welding. i just dont have the monies to fix it. kinda house poor now.

 

yes. for the reason of preventing this bullshit. it may have been caused by too much payload. i had over 1600 in boulders a few times.

that looks weled to the axle housing not the third member. I seen someone selling a housing with out the third member in the for sale thread. ill try to find it.

 

I got the original trd intake. Does anyone sell replacement couplers that go on the intake tube between the throttle body and also the air filter box? Mine are looking rough.

Amazon is where i bought all my silicone couplers. if youre not picky about oem.

 

What are the sizes?

 

they have everything. 22.5, 45, 60, 90* hell i probably have enough to make another intake. most of mine are 3" squirrly was the brand.
