    soup turned out REAL good. Not too hard either
    3-butternut squash cut in half baked at 400 for about an hour
    6-small yellow potatoes pealed and boiled with celery leaves.. mashed with some butter and milk
    Celery, onion, garlic sauté in olive oil
    3-small Granny Smith apples, cored and cooked in microwave
    Salt, pepper and curry
    Scooped out squash added all ingredients into pot, and used an emulsifier till liquid
    Added 1 box of vegetable stock and some water
    Mmm mmm good
