Not fun knowing either. I gotta start making time on the weekends. After work... I'm just beat. More so mentally than anything. Theses jobs are getting more and more difficult and tedious.. its exhausting keeping everything organized so as to not scrap a part/piece of material.. or worse.. crash a $200k Mill.

BUT.. I'm hoping the cooler weather will motivate me more during the week to get things done. Plus.. I'm going to try and push the Camper pickup until the BAMF rear bumper is done. so gives me maybe another month to prep. Then head up and grab both during our trip.

I get that. Currently in the same boat feeling like I am burning the candle at both ends. Hope the cooler weather helps you out. Looks like the plan is to head down the hill in like 2 weekends for a few days. I will be happy to come over and help get somethings done on the truck if you want. Also want to pick up that bumper and pay ya.

Thanks man! They are definitely growing on me. Styling and color.

I know! I was kinda sad when I first swapped em out. I have and will always love the OG MT classic locks. They lived a good hard life for like 8 years or something. Onto something new. Hopefully you get to keep yours for a while still!

Gutted it. All accessories and gear are removed rack is off. Cleaned the bed and under the rails for the first time in years. All lighting has been removed as well as wiring up to the switch pro in the engine bay with short leads to start fresh. Laid out the wiring and power tray setup I want to run with what accessories. Going to start making that here soon and need to take in my Prinsu rack and Bedmat to work to waterjet the cuts I want to do. Pretty much back to a clean starting point now. It's weird.. hasn't been this naked in like 6+ years.

She still looks good though. Also I know the feeling these 3-4 weeks of complete stock driving life has been painful, even the lack of cai noise or exhaust is just weird to not hear after so many years.

Now if we could keep that height with all the stuff it would be great. It was a trip seeing my camper off. Had not seen it in true “truck” form in years. I sold my shell the morning of the X1 pickup. I wanted to enjoy it off for a bit but oh well.

let me know when you come out for your bumper we’re not too far from BAMF.
