    On a happy note, I figured out how to align toe properly today with toe plates :) though it took 3-4 hours (will be way faster next time)

    You'll be greatly dissapointed when you find out the rack doesnt clear the pointy bit at the end of the cam

    That's a good point, but I had hoped to keep it in tact to re-press.

    When I did it it left a little burr that was big enough to retain the washer, than I tack welded it

    Oh well you can do that just don't expect the rack boot to last all that long rubbing against a pointy bit

    Yep, not a big deal imo. The trade-off is worth it.
    Plus then I'll know immediately if the rack seals fail hah

    Pay extra close attention to flame types, colors, length and spread.
    Mastering the gas combination is key.
