This...PUDDLES! I'm with you brother. Can't believe I missed last batch. Don't think Austin will be releasing Puddles again without an update or re-engineering of some components. I try not to bother him, but just had to reach out as this is the one upgrade I really wanted.

Having some concerns bout this seller. I ordered 8 days ago and nothing. I sent an email a few days ago and it has not been answered. UGH

 

@iblis01 I ordered them last Wednesday from the @Bustabeatgeorge site also, I had not seen that my order is ready or had been shipped, the site still says my order is confirmed. I emailed and reached out to them on FB and I finally received some correspondence on Monday and he told me that he had been out of town at overland expo, that the site says to please allow 3-4 days and that they would be shipped Tuesday. It is now Wednesday and I still haven't received an email that my order is ready. I have my fingers crossed this works out, but I am concerned as well.

 

Typically that's why people like to go with Meso's site and customer service. Fast and responsive. You just need to be somewhat quick.

Auto parts have always been rough when it comes to arriving on time. Now factor in current shipping congestion due to covid, small overland companies with low stock, high in demand products and you get these wait times.

Just be patient or get in on the drops as soon as they hit Meso's site. His dealers are legit but just like him small and under pressure. Those maps will get there eventually.

 

@Ahomeofbones I'm all for it and I'm so very thankful for @MESO to pass on the opportunity to other distributers, and it is 100% my fault that I did miss the original launch. I am not concerned with the wait it takes for the delivery process so much (I completely understand the hurdles in place and it is seriously difficult to manage time with it all), I do tend to get a little impatient on things I'm excited to get my hands on and I have been known to bug the seller about it when there is a lack of communication, which @Bustabeatgeorge did keep in touch (after several attempts) so that did give me a warm and fuzzy, but then I was told a process date that didn't happen. I trust the purchase is legit, that I am not concerned with. I should've been more specific about what my concern is... my concern is there has not been any confirmations that the order is indeed on its way on the website. I feel more confident when I know that the order is on to the next stage. For example, just put it to the order is ready and shipping expected in 10 to 50 days and I'm good with it, if your not busy and the order ships and is delivered early then that's a bonus, but best believe on the 51st day I'll be bugging out. At the end of the day it's all good and I'm gonna relax. Everything will work out as it should.

 

I get it. I have the same issue with some dealers but l just gave up and expect it way later when I order from them. Let me know if they don't arrive. I have an extra back up pair and would be happy to hook you up if your deal falls through.

same here. ordered the dual color map lights from busta without a word. i did order the dome off of Meso's site and that arrived monday.

what i've noticed is all aftermarket parts sites(with exception to Meso) have always taken forever.

communication is nice in commerce but i get it that some people have another life along with their "online" store...we just want our cool shit now tho!
