Goose Gear 40% Delete (Double Cab)

    I'm looking to get the 40% delete that retains the plastic trim on the back wall but I think this part of the install would be the same for those that have the Goose Gear rear wall panel.

    For anyone that has installed this, did you retain or remove the bracket that attaches to the rear seats that allow them to fold? Pictures of what I'm talking about are attached below.

    My problem is that without that bracket, the 60% seat back doesn't stay in place, which would make this project a non-starter, for me. None of the picture's on Goose Gear's website show just one side installed.

    You can install just one side. There’s a cut out for that bracket to remain

    That explains the slit in the product photos. I had assumed that was for wiring, but it does look like it would line up. In that event, I really hate that half of that bracket is just going to stick out the side.
