Going to be interesting when this goes up to the courts. Texas no longer considers a suppressor as a weapon. Marijuana is "Fed controlled" but buyers are not required to give names when purchased. And if a machine shop uses Texas sourced materials and not a gun dealer, should be allowed to make, Made in Texas suppressors that remain within state lines without big brother imposing a tax and rules.

 

I am not 100% sure but I think the aluminum producers in TX have shut down.

I do not think TX produces any "raw" metals.

Decided to post my Glock 19x on here. I’ve never actually fired this one, but have loaded mags and chambered rounds for a few road trips, etc. It’s just been sitting on the top shelf of the closet. 3 mags, 50 rounds of Remington 115gr ammo, case, paperwork- what you see is what you get.
