    Welcome to TW.

I'm personally against covers. Get the tiniest bit of dust under one and it's a slow motion sanding machine.

If you cant store it indoors, I suggest an awning or a tent.

I travel for work, so it will sit for a few weeks at a time.

I'm concerned about animals walking on it while it is parked at my worksite. It will be under an awning already

I would be more concerned about animals under the truck than animals on the truck. Maybe look into some anti rodent screens and mothballs for under the hood, while parked. While you're at it, get a sprayer and lay down a perimeter circle of deterrent, like peppermint oil or predator piss.

What kind of work out of curiosity?

Are you parking it at the office and then flying out for work, or are you parking at port and taking the boat out to the rig?

I work on wind turbines, I park it at the office in the plains and then drive the work truck to whatever site needs work. Thank you for the tips! That was definitely something I didn't consider.
