Between our 57 acres, the State Park and all the farms around us there is plenty for them to feed on. :D

So true. It's like they know their time is up and they're taking someone with them. Ground hornets & wasps are NOT on my protected list. (we take spiders outside) :) .

Convinced the Mrs. to take a break from the stress (got her sister to stand-in at mom's) and hit the Oley Fair on Saturday for a few hours in the AM. Then managed to a snag few more hours Sunday late in the afternoon to get her and the niece up to the cabin where my niece got to show off her fire-making skills with ferro rod, steel and hemp-rope match. The reward was some fine camp food on the fire courtesy the lovely Mrs. while we continued cutting wood. Weather Sunday was amazing.

Understand the "day in the ER thing". Any trip for any reason is a full day's commitment. Sorry to hear about your day.
The fair was nice. Great if you have kids. Lot's of activities and some carny-style rides. We were not there long enough to enjoy whatever happens at night but it runs to like 9 or 10 PM. Very organized as you can imagine from a fair that's been running for so long. And, of course, even hotdogs taste better at the fair! :)
Maybe @Taco critter can report as well if he made it over.

I was able to ring up the company super early, woman ran through the whole thing and said it was the proper plug. Here’s what I was having to move today. 987163C4-3D71-45FE-A972-2054AFCE39F0.jpg

Sad to say but from what I'm hearing and seeing it's par for the course.

Honey Crisp  the best apple hands down (in my opinion), expensive but worth it.
I read that the reason they are so expensive is that they are a difficult to grow and ship.
