    Boxing hopeful Frank Gore has turned down NFL offers while training for 'high-profile fight'

    The 2021 NFL season marked the first time since 2005 that Frank Gore wasn't on a roster to start the season. The 38-year-old running back played 16 consecutive seasons for the 49ers, Colts, Dolphins, Bills and Jets and hasn't given up on playing again.
    However, Gore has another focus right now, as NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports. He's preparing to give boxing a shot.

    The Pro Football Hall of Fame announced their 2022 modern-era nominees on Wednesday and a collection of former Patriots players made the list, including first-time nominee Vince Wilfork.     dude I would love to see Wes and Troy in the HOF, unfortunately out side of NE, they were not big names....well maybe Wes was.

    I do think Seymour, McGinness and Bruschi have a decent shot....man just typing this makes me all sorts of nostalgic to the insanely awesome defenses we had.
