    Yup, the rabbit hole :),

    I just installed the AEM 50-1220 340LPH pump last week.
    It’s almost identical to the stock DENSO pump,
    Aem wires are thicker and needs to be rewired to use the AEM plug.

    This pumps is a high output and now my engine doesn’t need the methonal injection with the stock
    injectors with a 1.9 pulley for added fuel.
    Will run water now for the summer only a #2 nozzle.
    Rented this Pittsburgh engine hoist for 27.00 for the day.

    No more meth because you can get all the fuel the engine needs due to larger fuel pump and the stand alone ecu?

    Yup!! You might get these results with the OEM ECU and this high flow AEM 50-1220 fuel pump Too.
    My advice going forward for anyone with a supercharger is,
    1) install a high flow fuel pump
    2) service the injectors.

    This might eliminate the need for a 7th injector or methonal for the Added fuel

    In that case I’m sure the fuel injector filters are part clogged from time

    Well, I just spent a shit load of money to get a rebuilt rotor pack from highspeedlabs, but that should get me back to a like new sc. 8 weeks is going to be a long time to have my truck down, ugh.

    I picked up a used intake manifold for going back to stock when that time comes. Just need to source a vacuum hose kit and whatever other things I need.

    I think I might still have my stock stuff somewhere still too. I guess I could put that back on.
    Also I think im going to swap my 2.2 pulley for my 2.1 pulley now also.

    I want to have my rotor pack ceramic coated by Jon Bond. He said to just send in the unassembled rotors. I’ve read you have to be careful putting them back together? Something with the timing? Has anyone done it? Thanks

    Install a haltech ECU and it will be the 2nd best thing you have done :)

    Hey guys, new to the supercharger gang. So I am rebuilding the supercharger before I put it in my truck… About the rear bearings, can you press or beat both of them out or just the one that pops out on the outside? Anyone have some more detailed photos on how this is done or even just an explanation?

    Back up o-rings is a good idea.. Feels like the bottom o-ring will also break when removing/installing the elbow..

    Do you just pull/push on it and pray the Oring stays in the groove & doesn’t tare? :fingerscrossed:

    Forgot to order a backup set so working with only one pair of o-rings :anonymous: Looking to get it right the first time..

    Those two sections should pull apart and then put the new O RING in, that one is very easy to do.
    The other one is harder as it likes to roll out of the groove when you install it and will rip easily
