    Sounds good to me, just want to check it out before I move since I am so close now. I never fished much in the ocean so something else to try again. Pretty much it will be what Joe missed this pass weekend.

    It just sounds harder than it really is 8 bolts most likely holding tranny, 8 to drop drive shaft,drop tranny (hardest part) pull seal, replace and reinstall.

    So who all is coming to the meet Sunday?


    My truck is making funny noises now..... When I accelerate it has a rotational squeaking noise.. Aaron said it might be my ball bearings... anyone know anything about that? I figure Ill jack it up at the meet to check them., I have to at least find out what it is before I drive it across country!

    I have a nice idler pulley chirp when its cold. and it supposed to be cold on Sunday, you can compare.

    its annoying as shit to tell you the truth, and it only does it when its below 40.

    I really have no idea what it is... It only does it when I go from a stop and accelerate between 0-25/30mph, it really sounds like its coming from a tire/wheel and not the engine but who knows!!! :rolleyes:

    i hd something similar to this too about four months ago, crawled under there, and to my dismay, i found a frickin little heat shield bent out, tinging off the drive shaft...just make sure you rule out everything possible...

    dont bet on it brotha......but hey, if it happens, i still need someone to rake some leaves....

    It could be alot of things is it high pitch, low pitch, for sure up front of the truck? Also rev your engine up while parked, if no sound then prob is a drive line noise more than a pully.

    hmmm... thats a possibility... im gonna jack it up at linwoods house and take a look.... honestly im not always too sure what im looking at / for.... :rolleyes: so it'd be nice to have some extra eyes out with me :eek:


    I'm not sure what all that is.... and im not really sure where the noise is coming from it sounds like its passanger side and not really from the engine but I really don't know much about all that sooo who knows.. I'm just trying to avoid taking it to the dealership if at all possible... ill rev my engine when i get a break from work... i hadn't thought of that before.... thanks for the ideas!! :D

    Your barkin up the wrong tree cupcake. I don't do new construction never have never will. I do ship alterations installs and repairs a ROBOT WILL NEVER DO MY JOB. Besides that a robot will never be 100% self sufficient why because a water sac has to make sure that it is programmed right for the job give it wire fix its fuck ups weld the tight shit so on and so on. The only thing a bot is good for is flat shit out in the open in a shop.
