I love TW. I was having a acceleration issue with my lifted Tacoma. No throttle response at low speeds usually after getting off the highway. Push the gas pedal and nothing for a second or 2. The issue happened numerous times and no DTC's. I thought for sure I had a faulty Throttle Positioning Sensor, but no code for it had me stumped. So I searched on this great forum and found this. It's been a couple weeks with numerous trips back & forth to WV and so far so good, runs perfectly. But for the hell of it I broke into my 3.4L parts stash and switched out this throttle body from a low mile like new intake assembly that I've had sitting around.

 

I just got a lift kit that I need installed. Any suggestions for a good shop around the Baltimore County area?

This almost 6acre secluded lot down the mountain from me came up for sale for $15k Friday and sold Monday, crazy how fast property sells up there nowadays. Mobile home is obviously junk and needs to be demolished but still a great deal for someone looking for a place to put a camper or cabin.

Hey guys, that's my truck (Black Betty). I'm actually moving just outside of Baltimore to Arbutus. Definitely excited to meet some new folks and go on trips.

A little bit about the truck;

2.5" extended travel Radlfo coil overs (150# springs)
2.5" extended travel Radlfo shocks on the back
Expedition leaf springs
RCI skids (IFS, Transfer case, Transmission, LCAs, fuel tank, and rear diff)
Front bumper made by @At The Helm on Tacomaworld
The winch is synthetic Smittybilt XRC 9.5
The rear bumper is Body Armor (I have the swing-out carrier, but the bearing is broken if anyone wants it)
Other little mods as well, i.e. I made custom splash guards inside the wheel wells, relocated the hitch plug, etc.

 

Is there anyone around the Westminster area that could lend a hand helping me lift my RTT onto the Taco, then help take it off in a week?

 

Gotta be quick. @Tonymontana came up and looked at it Sunday, called the listing agent Monday morning and it was sold that fast.
