Anyone have a 3rd Gen with an ARB Front or Rear Bumper?

I am wondering what the ARB Front and Rear Bumpers look like on the 3rd gens and if the front bumper goes over the plastic OEM Toyota bumper or if it replaces it completely. I am wondering the same thing about the ARB rear bumper, if it goes over the stock OEM rear bumper or if it replaces it completely. What kind of suspension system did you get to handle the extra weight of the metal bumpers too?

If you have photos I would love to see them too.

The front appears to replace the plastic part, similar to other metal fronts.

 

I saw those on their website but those are just the stock photos, I wanted to see them in action so to speak and that little demo video on their website doesnt go into too much detail for each part, it only glimpses as many parts as possible in a short video.

If you look at the rear bumper on websites like carid.com https://www.carid.com/arb/summit-fu...623040.html?singleid=3102222801&url=125294424 in the second picture it looks like its a bar that goes over the rear bumper instead of the whole bumper which is what got me worried that the front bumper might be trying to do the same thing.
