I haven't yet. Didn't have the removal tool and the bushing arrived about a day after I was done installing the lift anyways. Completely my fault though for not ordering the bushing sooner.

That said, no vibes or anything that would indicate it need it immediately. It'll be a follow up project soon though just for peace of mind.

I did the ECGS bushing on my '17 DCLB and fortunately the local auto parts store (w/ loaner tools) was ~½mi away because I didn't check out everything I needed before starting. That said, even with a walk to the store in the middle of install it was only a half day project to do that and install the new coilovers in the driveway.

Will be doing a nearly identical lift on my '21 shortly.

Ugh..I had so many issues with my preassembled 6/5. First off, shot out to ShockSurplus for the amazing customer service. In no way knocking them as I am assuming my situation was a one off but they were super helpful in resolving everything. Plus they had the 6112's in stock so I can't complain.

My 6/5 preassembled came as 6/4. :annoyed: I had to count multiple times to make sure I wasn't tripping. Took out the 6112 set to "4" to get properly redone to the 5 clip. SS reimbursed me for that so that was cool, no hassle as well dealing with their CS.

Second issue was when installing, the top hat on the "6" (driver side) was installed a bit off from SS. So I could get the top hat in but the bottom would then be off in the lower mount or I could get the lower mount/bolt aligned but then the top hat would be off. :annoyed::annoyed:

It was getting late, truck was apart so I said f' it and tightened the top hat, then used the LCA and a floor jack to slowly decompress the spring, realigned things and used then LCA to compress the spring. Not ideal, nor very safe but worked (thank you Youtube vids).

This is what I followed to install the fronts - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oC33zcI9mXY

And this is what I had to do to decompress the spring at home - again not ideal, nor recommended. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkVLBOnAifc

    thanks!

I have not...can't make up my mind on which one I want to go with. Aligned just fine with about 1* of caster and 0* of camber. But this is high on my list (likely next) of things to do.

Shocks installed! Went with 3/2 to get it closer to level, but still close to stock. Found a local garage to do the install because tools and time, came out $200 poorer for it.

In a couple of days it'll be in for new shoes. Decided against the Falkens, going with Toyo AT3’s in 235/85r16.

@eugenewithanaxe $200 ain't too bad. Assuming you only had them put shocks on it...you're likely going to have to replace the needle bearing and that'll be more than $200 from a shop.

I didn't do the needle bearing. I was thinking that was typically only an issue if I lifted the front more than 2".

$200 for install of front and rear? That’s cheap for a reputable shop.
