Is anyone running taco tabs on a 3rd gen? If so, how much additional adjustment do they allow on your stock LCAs. My alignment tech said he could only acheive 1.2* of caster with SPCs set on the most aggressive setting.......smh:ballchain:

The documentation on their site doesn't say you get any additional adjustment, just the factory allowed range.

Today is the day. Finally joined the club. No rubbing on the way home which is encouraging. Still have a few things to iron out to properly clear for wheeling, but I have a few weeks before a shakedown run. Thanks for all the help and info along the way.

He set the camber all the way to the inside of the SPCs. And I still have out of spec camber....and my caster is screwed up

so 1.5 years later. Would you buy the same wheels again? I’m looking at these for the option to go beadlock or not if I ever get into trouble with the law. Haha

You think the -25mm is better then -12? It’s equivalent for 3.77” vs 4.28” backspacing. If you have a pic from the front so I can see relation to stock fenders that would be clutch

I’m also not finding much other options in terms of 3.5-4.5” backspacing on 8.5” width rims (or 8”) capable of beadlocks. Plan to run the same size tires as you maybe start with 315/70/17 to verify I’ll clear before plunging into the deep end

Most people with 35s don't need to tub. Better sell for those with 37s. That being said those are pretty rad.

Then you don't quite understand the product and the fixes to the problems. I have cracked inner fenders from actually wheeling. Those that tub are still left with a weak inner structure. Reinforcing of the battery area where it's prone to have issues. Extra clearance for bigger tires and getting your suspensions full travel to name a few. Now go and have a fab shop or do the exact same thing yourself. You'll far exceed this cost having a shop do it and if you do it and to the quality of these then you'll spend countless hours making them. So what's your time worth.
Most people do need to tub unless they don't wheel and/or severely limit up travel, or just choose to ignore the rubbing.

I get what this product is for. I just generally don't see people tubbing on 35s even for when they wheel. This product is interesting for me since I plan on going 37s (I've been following 81trekker's thread mostly since it came out). That being said, I'll probably just tub the stock fenders and if they eventually crack over time I'll opt for something like these. But I just spent monies on 5.29s, so this is will be back on the bucket list after chevy 63s and 37s.

So what you're saying is you didn't read. The pictures in the second post are of the actual product same with the information in the first post so how is that out dated. The website isn't updated as of yet. But does show some of the initial prototyping which you can compare the final to initial.
