Truck is at the dealership for their "Northwoods Protection Package" basically they do an additional layer of undercoating as well as paint protectant. Also gets a free detailing each year, if I remember correctly. Might not have needed it, but with 4 seasons and salt on the roads for parts of 4 of them, it's probably a good investment.

I got the HD because of the higher load limit. I also like how the bed of my truck feels like an effing safe lol. One tip, to get it to be water tight I had to put a 15lb weight on each corner while adjusting the locking mechanism to get it to seal tight. Since then I've been through heavy rain storms, auto car washes and it stays totally dry. I'd also recommend buying the bars that let you attach quick fists to the cover, comes in handy mounting gear on there.

Installed Clazzio’s over the weekend, black leather + white stitching. Install wasn’t too bad after leaving them in the sun for a couple hours first. The key is to unbolt the front seats so you can easily work the covers on. Haven’t driven with them a ton yet but so far I’m a fan. 5DD85945-4005-4D14-8565-E0AF6DFEB74B.jpg96762484-E379-47A8-8E58-63E547E23EF7.jpgC0FDB27B-0742-476F-BFAF-C572B6C4315D.jpg

Should've kept the Toyo's. They're a better quality tire. :boink:

    Enough for now
DIY, got an Optix 17in single led light bar from Amazon and a nilight wiring harness and connected it to a ch4x4 switch. Took me two tries to get the wiring right and the switch not be lit up with the truck off.

This looks good. I’ve seen other posts and they look good, but you’ve done a nice job with smoothing it out.

15#!? I did 40 (5 gallon water jugs) and had my kids stand on there too. They are maybe 60-70# each. I squished em down a few times as I would get intrusion in my driveway, but maybe it’s because of the angle. Ps. Bout to post the hd for sale. Got and rsi

I had my large brother in law help me by pushing down as I tightened. He even said “This is the first time that my weight has been an advantage!”

Those look like emergency strobes of some sort.

I want to know more about those horns!
