    I can't help but wonder if there was some covering going on. The price moved up $0.08 from 9:30 to 10:00 on about 14k of volume. Yet, there was a 12k block that didn't move it at all at 2:42 and a 10k block at 3:09 that moved it $0.01.

    My guess would be the move from $0.08 was real buying. Moved the price...probably retail. Then after a real price spike a short comes in to offload shares...that's why the price never moved up with buying...someone filling every order at market with short shares...OTC short report will tell us
