I did the search and didn't find the exact information I need so I'll ask.

I have the 2021 trd pro and have changed the stock tires 265/70R16 to Wildpeak At3 265/75R16. I want to add the spidertraxx 1.25 wheel spacers front and back. Does anyone have experience with this setup that can confirm no rubbing. Thanks.

It will rub. I had a the exact set up and it rubbed during turns at slow speed or when braking and turning at the same time. Nothing bad, but it drove me crazy so I took them off.

I have the 265/75 wildpeaks with 1.25 spidertrax and eibach lift on stock OR rims and have had no rubbing. Can't recall what offset the pro rims have, though.

I should add that mine is stock height SR5. I also don't know if the wheel offset is different from an OR.

I did the same but I had TRD OR wheels, upgraded from stock 265/70r16 to Toyo Open Country AT3 265/75r16 with 1.25 spydertrax spacers, had rub on front driver and passenger fenders towards to cab when turning and going over bumps. Got an alignment to move the caster up and a minor trim and tuck to the front fender plastic and no more rub.
I like the stock wheels so no urge to get a different set.

Thought I would add my experience to this since your request is similar to my setup.

I have TE37 0eta with 265/75/R16 Wildpeaks on my OR with Trd Pro suspension. Added the 1.25" spidertrax and had to do minor trimming on the oem fender flare where it meets with the body (rear side of wheel). There's about a 1-1.5" piece of plastic that was catching the wheel when turning. I think this could be fixed with adding positive caster but it was also very easy to trim. I also heat molded the little "bump" in the fender liner for when the suspension compresses.

I have a 2020 AG Pro with 265/75 16 BFG KO2's with the 1.25 spidertraxx. For daily driving around town I have no problems or rubbing. Sometimes when I have a passenger and I am backing out of the driveway and turning the wheel sharp it will rub the cab mount briefly. Also if you make any sharp turns that take you in an upward position like over a curb or speed bump it may rub briefly. I used a heat gun on some the plastic that helped a bunch but other than that I am pretty happy.
