Harden your bark, there are storms on the horizon.
Don't sweat it too much. Keep yours cleaner than all the rest. Being a unicorn is over rated from my 15 year experience driving look at me Speedway Blue. Was easy to find in a parking lot though.

Based on a recommendation from a member here on TW, I spent some time this afternoon tidying up the wiring for the under-hood LEDs - ran some new wire for the switch and mounted it in an existing hole in the cross piece in front of the radiator on the driver's side. The 1/4" wire conduit really helps to protect the wire and give the install a clean look.

Someone at work said that too. I’ve never seen one in person. Just pics on the web.

Got my two Taco patches on the headliner! Minor stuff for now. Still trying to decide on wheels/tires and lift options. Getting close to a decision though.

I have a manual. Had to wait a couple months for the dealer to find a Pro in AG with a stick. It's a unicorn.

I just picked up my sport with every option. It was 47,000. I added the lift, tires, steps and bedcover after. That being said the exact same truck in silver with 10 g on the odometer sold for 46 at the same time I was there. Used market is in very high demand and most wont wait for one to come from assembly but mine was 3 weeks.

What popped the tire? Hopefully you can patch that up.

Save yourself the trouble, buy a plug kit and a portable air compressor. That's what I did after my first flat tire.

Sorry to hear this - guess Kevlar stamped on the sidewall means very little?

It was a freshly graded road and the under layer is blast rock so just a pointy little rock went right through the tread. It's funny because my compressor/tools/patches haven't been moved over from the Jeep yet:rolleyes:

Yeah those Kevlar stock tires are garbage. Got a flat when I ran over something on the highway the 2nd month I owned the truck that looked like a piece of slush during wintertime, not sure what it was but it wasn’t any bigger than my hand laid out flat. Also got a flat the first time I took it off road on a fairly easy trail. Sold the tires for $450. After that I got some 255/85/16 Cooper Stmax. They do great off-road, I don’t think I could puncture them if I tried! Yeah they are a lil heavy and a bit louder but they look awesome, perform great and gave me a 1+” of lift, and no worrying about flats! No better in the snow than the Kevlar’s though FWIW:cool:

It’s still pretty exclusive compared to all the boring black, white and silver cars on the road.
I’ve had mine since February 2020 and still have only seen a handful of army greens. That’s living in Texas where Tacoma’s are everywhere.
I get people commenting on the color a bunch. Always asking if it’s custom painted.

I guess while I'm here I should post a picture.

Where I live there are quicksand Tacoma’s everywhere. Not a ton of Calvary blues but I think that is too soft of a color for a lot of guys, especially in the mountains! I’m not sure how many years they did quicksand but I think it was only 4-5. I’d bet that goes the same with the AG:notsure:
I felt the same way for a bit when AG was the exclusive color for the Pro when I purchased mine in October of 19 and the 2021’s were released. There were less than a 1000 of us back then:thumbsup:
