    The only thing I can think of is, they're trying to be a complete asshole or they're holding the other spot. Maybe its a freaking free for all in the that living complex? I dated a girl who's condominium HOA gave up on refereeing the parking wars and allowed it turn into a complete shit show.

    Figured out a great way to get moderate revenge harmlessly is to go find a cart and put it directly next to the driver's door. Like an inch away from touching. Bonus points if its within the lane lines.
