Sounds great. I'll keep you in mind for sure! Still not in my damned garage, but at least it's in motion.

    Thx Chuck

Unfortunately not in possession just yet, but the ball is in motion. Looking forward to these type of events as well as the backroads.

Stuck working the weekend, or I'd probably drive down just to check it out.

Morning Pa. Made a cabin run yesterday after work to check for rain damage, none. Assembled my new ladder stand, have the young guns helping me hang her this Sunday. Getting too old to hang by myself these days. Sucks, but gotta accept the fact I need help sometimes. Anyhow, have a nice shag bark hickory picked out to hang her on! Happy Friday all! @dewayne

Good morning and happy Friday to everyone!

Slow day here at our shop and flashing back to this time last week when I was on vacation. Wishing that was still the case!

Shag bark hickory does not make a good tree for stands. Every little movement breaks a piece of bark.

Have two other ladders mounted on shags. We pull the bark off where ladder mounts to tree. No problems.

Good morning, PATW. I love this fall weather. When I took my dog out early in the morning, it's amazing, the last 2 days. I'm just not a hot weather person. Going to enjoy the 50s-70s as much as I can lol.

I'm looking into this now. They do make one that installs in the grate in the floor. I got one from my neighbor who uses one.
I'm just afraid the backup will go past the back check and come up in the utility tub. It's the next lowest opening in the plumbing system.

He installed his outside his house in the yard, just beyond his house trap/vent. That way it's the only way into his house

Honestly if water is coming into your house through the foundation the only fix is piles of money.

Called to set up my first ToyoCare appt. was advised that there’s an open recall on my vehicle regarding the key. She didn’t know why, but I get a free one out of it.

This. A guy around the corner from us actually had the entire foundation?dirt around his home excavated after the initial storm, and it appeared some sort of spray foam(FS201 likely) was applied. It took multiple days from start to finish, including backfilling, grading, reseeding and redoing landscape, and most likely was not cheap in the slightest.
