I'll see your pole dancers, and raise you these guys. My new utility pole was installed yesterday. I asked why they were replacing a perfectly good, solid pole, and the contractors said "we are replacing many poles with taller poles to get the wires out of the lower trees." I swear the new pole can't be more than 5 - 6' taller than the old one....

This is the early stage, the original pole still oin place, moving the new pole into position. They had 3 bucket trucks at one point, two in my yard, one in the neighbor's yard. The pole is just a couple feet inside my yard.

On a 2 inch cut, cook for four-five minutes.
Flip and cook other side for three minutes

Rest for 5 minutes

We're usually medium or medium rare, but I honestly could care less. As long as it doesn't come out dripping in blood or a burnt brick, I will probably eat it with little complaint.

Not sure if that puts me in the closet hiding or beating up folks

 

I'm fairly particular 'bout my meats.

Medium rare most days, but if its a really good cut, I'll sometimes take it blue.
