What about flan?

 

Just got to see my 10 year old installed in the safety patrol in 5 th grade and my 14 yr old daughter did the flag presentation in the honor guard Jrotc and her first time in her full blues was a good morning

 

I made flan once. When I flipped one over to get it out of the glass pan, the pan exploded. I had to throw the entire thing away and was picking up glass for days.

I still like it but I'll never try making it again!

That sucks. Is that pouring concrete also?

 

I know some of yawl don't follow the hunting thread(s) so I'll share this here too. Cole and I been going hunting the last 2 Saturdays, black bears have been seen around our area though I've never seen one or gotten pictures of one.....until today. My camera on our blind just sent me these, it tore my feeder down.
















Last Saturday I forgot my flashlight and we walked 500+ yards in the dark going in that morning. Tomorrow we gonna be like...

They are quite a unique trophy. Unlike deer. Hard to explain, very primal experience. Recommend.

That video is bout the best advice. Middle middle will get you a kill with rifle but follow his suggestion for bow

 

Cool - black bears are usually fairly casual. We have a couple that regularly use our yard as a route between the wooded areas on either side. We did have a couple of yearlings get into a full-on fight in the carport a couple of years ago. One wanted the garbage can (we've since moved to a bear-proof container), but was having trouble getting it open and then the other tried to take it away from him.. was kind of entertaining.

 

I'm curious to see how bad my feeder is tore up, it's PVC and old. It couldn't have had much corn left in it since it hasn't been filled in a few days. I'll find out shortly.

 

Re: Poll. NO idea what a "chigger" is, and we don't have poison ivy, and my name isn't Drew, so I guess skeeters it's gotta be.

 

Chiggers are tiny mites that turn into itchy bumps on your skin. Be glad you don't have them, they are awful.
