I must plead ignorance... I have never heard the term 'blue' used in describing meat. Unless we're talking about somebody's "low hangers", as one of the answers on Family Feud last night called them

it was suggested to wash and use Mother’s polishing compound after, then the ceramic wax stuff. Would using the clay in this process be overkill?
