And, make sure and keep detailed records. Maybe the collective can benefit from the RADHAZ data :D

Is the speed of light not fast enough already? We need those throttle control electrons to go faster!!!!

Hey the speed of an electronic signal is only 0.5 to 0.99c, (speed of light in a vacuum). If you want to eliminate throttle lag completely we'll need to incorporate a particle accelerator.

I think if we could run a cable from the driver’s mind to the throttle, so it anticipated the driver’s thoughts, we could finally eliminate all throttle lag in the Tacoma. It’s fairly important, being that Tacomas are developed for Racing, by Toyota Racing Development. Every micro-second counts when you are racing!!!!

Photo is from recent trials of the new throttle in Japan, led by Mike Sweers:

Lol. Ever seen that commercial where the couple is trying to figure out a mystery switch and it's operating a garage door 3 doors down?

All seriousness aside, the easy play is just to swap the leads on the battery.

    Don't.

So put the positive cable on the negative terminal and vice versa?

I tried it. And I can report absolutely no lag anymore.

I hear if you actually do that and then run a wire and bridge the terminals you can achieve time travel. BUT only if you have a Pedal Commander and OV tune installed at the same time.

This used to be a thing on Nisan forums. I had a maxima that had starting issues.

so you add 3 grounds. Throttle body to chassi. Transmission to body. Engine block to body.

made the starting issue go away and apparently people got more clear audio

Here's another helpful comment, Billy to Billy.

Don't go for this pedal placebo either.

If you must change something, get a real tune.
