Fixed the cross threaded bolt with a thread file and everything came together nicely. Surprised how easy it was to make the bumper cuts with an oscillating tool with the round attachment.

My bumper should be here tomorrow.

Pretty much just getting everything ready for when it touches down.

any of you have pictures of how you cut the inner fender well. FEE2B886-ED05-46C6-A166-4E7C661132B3.jpg

Welp! Looks like I’m going to spend the weekend installing back my OEM front bumper.

XPO logistics managed to lose my hybrid bumper.
    :duh:

I’m hoping these fucks find it by next week.

Spoke to Jerry today and can’t wait to join the group! He happily answered all my questions, never rushed his answers, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his products and company. This was on a Saturday, when most other shops wouldn’t be answering emails and taking a call. I immediately cancelled my order from the other fabricator and will be ordering my hybrid bumper, rear HC with dual swing outs, and full skids. If I didn’t have sliders already, I would have gladly ordered those as well.

3 lights looks good. I still need to order all my lights in preparation for the bumper to arrive.

Ordered it on July 10 , and can’t wait for it to arrive.

Ordered my hybrid bumper yesterday, again. Ordered one a while back but had to cancel because of some life responsibilities. Recently found a Warn 10S that was priced too good to pass up and with the BAMF summer sale going on, the stars aligned for me.

I ordered it bare metal and plan to spray it with Steel-It. Anyone have any experience with it? Good? Bad? Hype?

A few mods here and there and counting....
I've sprayed a few things with Steel-It....pretty damn durable. Be sure to wear a mask, that stuff stinks.

    Such a awesome looking bumper!

It took XPO Logistics more time to deliver the bumper than it took for it to actually be fabricated.

feels good to finally throw it on.

Have you had any issue with TSS sensor on that grill with the high hoops? Im running the same grille and just realized it might interfere with the sensor

Placed my order yesterday. Thinking I’m going to get a smittybilt x20 for it since that has the option to mount in center or on the side. People’s input on winches they have installed would be greatly appreciated. Probably get BD SAE fog lights soon after too don’t think I can go long without those

The one who dies with the most stuff wins.
What's everyone running for suspension up front with this much weight? Currently I have 6112s with 650# springs and I'm at ~2" of lift. I have a slimline bumper (68 pounds), winch with synthetic line, steel skid trio, and sliders. Do most people run 700# springs with a full bumper like this?

I understand steel is hard to get and lead times are tough right now. How long have others been waiting for their bumper?

I ordered mine on July 10th and still waiting. Talked to Jerry a few weeks ago and was told around the end of the month. So fingers crossed.

I ordered June 21st and called last week and was told it won’t be ready until at least October 14th because they’re out of tubing.
