Gonna be spending a few days in Glenwood Springs and Montrose. Looking for some suggestions for breakfast and diner/beer establishments. I've been to Montrose before and liked Starvin Arvin's for breakfast and Horsefly Brewing for diner... Open to just about anything other than Indian.

 

try the VillageSmithy in Carbondale.

Interesting, I always loved Starvin Arvins but the last time I went it was BAD and I haven't been back since. Rubber eggs, lukewarm rubbery pancakes, bleh.

 

that's odd as I've eatin' at Starvin Arvin's several times and was always pleased with the food and the service.
