I'm loving it so far. I have a 2018 non-jbl Tacoma so I don't miss the OEM headunit one bit. There is built in nav but I use Android Auto and google maps. It's very responsive and smooth and image/video quality is very good.

 

Never experienced lag on the stock radio but there's bo lag in the PX6/T9 unit. It's very responsive.

 

Bought a $5. can of paint, and painted my hubcaps.

Took it back to the dealership after noticing a mild rear diff howl. Turns out there was chunks of metal floating around in it, and they will have it for 2 weeks for repairs. Its under warranty (only 8000km). First new vehicle and kinda dissapointed, hopefully this is the last major issue for a while!

Swapped out the Stock off-road Tire and wheel package with Maxxis Razr AT 811’s 265/70/16 & OEM TRD Pro Wheels.

 

You forgot to remove the door pillar vinyl.

 

Looks great!, I would do the whole rim.
