I’m doing ok. Have a a little trouble with one of my exercises. I know it’s early but I hope I can do it sooner than later.

this one. I have to lean forward to get my arms in position and then lean back to upright to start . Can’t lift my arm up laterally easily right now. But I still do them 3 time a day

if I do the pendulum exercise prior to that it does cramp up on me as bad like it’s getting stuck . As I said, it’s early on…..
