Did some basic stuff. Brake Pads and Rotors. Went all OEM and while in there I also replaced the brake pad “guide pins” and installed new shims for the pads as well. A1EE833B-6D3D-4BA2-BBC4-36D52CE9A2AB.jpg

I’m the second owner of the truck. I bought it at 20k it now has almost 43k on it, and I’ve owned it 2 years. My lowest pad was probably 4/32. Probably jumped the gun to do them but didn’t wanna get caught up with life stuff and forget about them.

I got 108 pages behind. I just gave up and skipped ahead. Did I miss anything super cool I need to go back and look for?

How difficult was it to remove the plastic "cap" from the sides of the bed. I want to seal this area too. Here in the desert not so much water--but the dust coming in under the "cap" is unending. Can't keep anything clean in there even with my topper sealed up.
