I don't know how the shipping will be but I buy MOST of my replacement parts from RockAuto. I'm in no affiliated with them, just like their selection and prices. I went with the Powerstop kit with drilled and slotted rotors and have been happy with them. They have a zinc coating on them so other than the wear surface, they shouldn't build up a bunch of rust.
Others will chime in to recommend against drilled rotors because of the potential for stress riser failures around the holes but I think that concern is over rated for a normally driven street vehicle. That said, maybe drilled and slotted are over rated for a normally driven street vehicle but I don't care. I like them.

Do they have a Autozone on the island?
Here (mainland)... I just buy a set of duralast mid grade pads, they have a lifetime warranty. When they ware out, I go buy a new set... install them and return the old set and get my money back.
I have paid 2 times for brake pads and rotors, then never again for brake pads. Rotors are like 60 bucks each and the brake pads are about 45 bucks here.
