Oh yeah, so many freaking scratches all over it.

Not to mention, the previous owner had one of those dumb bug guards. You can see where the paint was rubbed off exposing the metal at the front edge of the hood.

For the first time, I got hard water stains all on the side.

Father in law turns on the sprinklers on Saturday and Sunday; I park in front of the house and the water just barely hits the side.

Lost cause now. Tyler will just Line X the 4R :burp:

Are a Kenmore Elite HE front load washer and dryer worth gambling $100 on?

Edit: Google says it's probably junk

Oh man it's been 10 years since I've worried about that... But i remember deliberately parking to avoid sprinklers at my parents old house haha

Only washer and dryer worth buying new is Maytag comerci. If you need new residential? GE or Maytag. Looking for cheap used stuff? Anything Maytag, GE whirlpool. You can get parts for them still.

I've had much worse run smooth as glass

What I'm dealing with feels like a whole ass cylinder doing nothing under high load low rpm

When it grabs 4th after letting off the throttle once you reach 50 it goes from running smooth to misfiring significantly

My Tacoma did exactly this when it needed Injectors... I'm just hoping it's not that because I dont wanna pay whatever injectors cost x8

Samsung or LG you cannot get parts for. The American made stuff parts are usually available for 10-20 years. Commercial stuff fuck. You can rebuild a whole 50 year old Maytag still with new parts

Car identified as a Bronco Sport. I'm confused because that part of Black Bear that approaches Bridal Veil Falls is not difficult. Maybe they started rolling from the ridge above the crash location. Looks like from the trail marks, they went off the edge just before the switchback.

The passenger was out of the vehicle at the time of the accident?

What do you think caused this?

@eon_blue and I are replacing our CV axle seals; if you recall I replaced mine over a month ago. And I used the proper driver kit to drive the seal kit too.

Why or how do you think this happened?

    20210926_104221.jpg

It is torn in the center, exposing the spring. I remember the seal not being ripped when I seated it.

Scotch Brite, just take the shine off, the surface the seal rides on on the CV, no Knicks. Make sure your bushing/bearing isn't super loose too. Pack some heavy grease in the back of the seal, all around the garter spring, fill that cavity. That keeps the garter from jumping off while you smack it in, if it jumps off it can get cause in between the seal and axle.

Here's how superficial the cut is -

    20210926_104821.jpg

Going to use pvc pipe to tap the new one in and take your advice on the grease part -
