OEM LED Headlight Conversion Harness

I assigned overtime to the boys to get some orders out the door.

 

Got my headlights in today and the harnesses were perfect! Thank you again @daveeasa

Love these lights, ride to work this morning should be quite illuminating

 

I still need to adjust mine seems like the pass side is quite a bit lower

 

Would that harness meso offering for the drl / turns work with your harness?

 

There is no compatibility problem.

I bought one for myself to see exactly what comes in the box and I intend to offer a bundled option for +15 assuming I can match it.

I think an integrated harness will be a little cleaner. But I need to see exactly why I need to match first.

 

The boys worked all night and now we finally have product pre-built and ready to ship.

 

Dave, are you assembling the inverse harness?

 

Not yet but if you or @Puppypunter can find female H9 terminals I definitely could. It would be dual H9 connectors rather than H11 for low and H9 for high. Or I’d have to get some green H11 plastic somehow.

 

Just a quick note to say I'm finally ahead of the curve and have 10 sets of these ready to ship.

 

Speaking of adjusting... how do you adjust the LED headlights?!

 

The hardest part is finding a suitable location with a vertical wall you can get 25' away from in a dark spot which is perfectly level.

I guess I should have been more specific do we adjust the LED headlights the same as the projector style, turning the adjustment knob thingy?

 

Yes, there is only a vertical adjustment and you use a phillips head screwdriver to spin the knob to adjust the vertical cutoff per Stern's article.

Oh, and sorry, you can also use a ratcheting wrench I believe, I forgot about that. I happen to have some of those too. The screwdriver method works well though, provided you have a round one of the right diameter.
