Anyone have an idea as to what this thing is? Flew at my head when I was cleaning out my truck this evening. Swatted it twice with my hat before finding something to trap it in. Never seen such a thing. I’ll get some better pics of it tomorrow.

    Morning all's…

    jeep day today.
    Winter prep is starting..
    Oil change
    Tune up
    Tire rotation.
Really weird working on stuff on the ground again. After 50 years of using a lift, yea not liking it so much.
    Way inefficient
Jumping up and down from the creeper has changed to moaning and groaning….
    And popping
    And snapping
    LOL….

    Good morning men.

It was actually kind of "fun" work -- with the exception of laying under the dashboard, that bit hurt...

Well as I wait for the stitches to come out, I am totally in grief, as 2 days ago a friend and coworker for the last 18 years died in the hospital and while waiting for this appointment I found out that another close friend and coworker of 20 yr died in a car accident, both 44 years old and it has been now a rough couple days. I Just need to un pack this. We deal with death a lot in life and in the fire service and while death is left for the living …… I am at a loss for words and sick to my stomach. Both were great men and truly will be missed. thanks for listening you all are a good group of guys and gals ( don’t want to offend )

I agree, Shane seems like the kind of friend we want to be and want to have.

Months ago when I really just started following this thread, he offered out of the blue to send me a sign from a Cheerwine machine he had after I mentioned it.

    That's good people right there.
