I don’t think she set him up….. he is good to go with assets being protected and he will most likely have one of the top lawyers in Fl. He makes good money and she made good money as well but I have a feeling she is going to go for broke in this and will have a top attorney as well. She will be pissed when she finds my name on some stuff like 2nd in-line behind his parents on his will/trust that she has no idea exists that he changed last yr and she was cut out of it. There are kids but there hers from a prior marriage of 25 yrs.

I vote instead of the USP elite you get the USP Expert in either flavor. I think they don't look as weird.

I have looked at that option as well actually. I did shoot the Elite a couple weeks back and the thing is butter smooth and as accurate as a Wilson/Nighthawk or Les Bear there is a HK rep going going to be at the Range this weekend for a promo demo days event and I will shoot the Expert.
