I added it myself, though the cap came with the Thule rails to support it.

I get 16.2mpg (14.5L/100kM) daily driving and running around town and about 18.8mpg (12.5L/100kM) on road trips with significant highway miles. Biggest hit to the mileage was the 275 E-rated tires coming from 265 c-rated.

Wow. Did you actually turn a 2WD into a 4x4? Bravo! That’s some effort I’m sure.

Sleeper is exactly what I had in mind when I pictured in my head what I wanted for my truck. When I came to TW and saw your truck, I thought it was perfect. Like the porridge, it's juuuust right. I've diverged in details, but the look and function of your truck is pretty much what I'm going for. 20210911_115757.jpg

Sleeper ? Do you guys know what that means . This is a sleeper ..not a Tacoma with off-road mods . A sleeper or Q-car is a car that has high performance and an unassuming exterior. Sleeper cars are so called because their exterior looks similar or identical to a standard or economy-class car. Wikipedia

Looks awesome. Gotta remove my canopy someday. I forget what it’s like to drive around in a ‘real’ pickup truck.

    Thanks for the compliment.

I've done the same thing with mine. It's nice to look at something and say "yep, we're good here" (within reason...a few small knick knacks for Christmas never hurt anyone).

I know you're done, but it's screamign out for a set of OEM LED.

So now that that the truck is done, what's the next project? I know I've been saving up for mine for a few months now.

Toyota could have saved us all a bunch of money and just made this look a trim level lol.

Love the bumper, the bull bar doesn’t interfere with the sensor on the pro grill?
