    more than likely someone would steal him and he'd end up either stuck in the mud in the mountains after a teenage joyride and abandoned or taken to a ranch never to be seen on public roads again. just figure with his age he'd be easier to steal.
    we get a rash of vehicle break ins from time to time. about 10 years ago my neighborhood got hit hard for about a month. folks just going down the block in the middle of the night and testing door handles on each car to see if they could get in. my neighbor at the time always left his truck unlocked. i got up one morning to leave for work and I see the door on his truck was ajar. footprints in the snow. and the glove box and center console open. went over and knocked on his door to let him know. we started looking in the snow and found a pair of binoculars (his) and a handheld GPS (not his). not sure if someone drove down the street and spooked whoever was taking the stuff or if their hands were full and they just started dropping random things. we asked around but no one was missing the GPS, turned it into the cops hoping they'd be able to find the owners.

    would it have anything to do with the GPS location on your phone? did that get turned off? just guessing, dont have one so have no idea

    Last time I used this Viper smart start app was just over a year ago and was also on another smart phone . Once I got the new and current smartphone I couldn't remember my log on info app

    Yesterday is when I called Viper customer service to get my log on info taken care of and turn my smart start app back on . Currently the map shows my truck parked in front of the house since 1900hrs last night . Also shows me unlocking and locking the doors this morning at 1030hrs

    But when I click on the map icon it has a message ... "my car can't return a fresh location at this time . Please ensure your car is outdoors(25)"



    This is the error code #25 ...

    • Error 25 occurs when the SmartStart module does not have a current location. If the time of fix is more than 20 minutes old the last known location is provided along with the timestamp for the fix.

    Beautiful day here air is starting to get almost fall like in the afternoons. I am being sent to wythville Friday night by the girls with the ok not to come straight home.
