I think you’re making it too hard.

just use the bottle jack w/ to press them out, c-press to go in.

    for the bottom anyway.

    Fuck the top

I've just never done it and have seen multiple ways of doing it

The bottle jack method doesn't work when the rubber is already separated like on my truck

the pressure you're putting on the inner sleeve is pulling the outer sleeve when the rubber is still vulcanized but
when they're two separate pieces you just end up pushing out the inner

That's just one way to do it, I've seen air hammers, torches, saws, press tools

Just wanted to see what has worked for whoever has done it

It would be great if my bushings were still one piece so I could give them a smack with some tension and have them fling out, but they arnt so I cant

Kinda bummed he didn't make any for the 04-06 tundra/sequoia ball joints it would be cool to have the 4 m10 bolts holding the spindle/ball joint and uniball for the confidence to not give a fuck...

Till it rains and they squeek than the rust, dirt, or sand in them wears them out in a couple minutes

I took video of me doing everything except using the jack to press them out, sorry.

You'll probably want to find a socket to press on the outside instead.

Just got back from AutoZone where I found 2 to do just that

I'll have to get a bottle jack... But still question how I'm going to do the uppers

An air hammer I think is the answer
