Well I guess the best thing to come out of a front end collision is plenty of clearance for 35s… and the new headlights, grille, and somehow fixing my frozen pass side mirror motors :D

Thanks man! I'm through the worst part of it now.... feeling a lot better, but still have a residual cough

Saturday I'm going to help a buddy wire up his comms system in his Baja race bug (race is in December) so I probably won't get to it this weekend either.

    Maybe the 9th?

Is your Harley an off-the-floor type thing? As in, the paint, sissy-bar, etc was already there? I'm asking because I saw one that looked exactly like yours, but wasn't sure if it was you or just another purchaser. I can't even remember where I saw it now.

I dont have a sissy bar, but yea, my bike is mostly stock... the only thing I've added were V&H slip ons, soft saddlebags, a swingarm bag, led turn signals, and handguards

it's a factory paint scheme for a 2021 Street Bob. They crammed the big 114 cubic inch (from the large bagger bikes) into the bobber frame.... the thing is a monster, but the center of gravity is so low, it's still very "flickable"

I had a Yamaha Tenere 700 prior to the Harley.... but when I rode off road I didnt want to go all out because I didnt want to wreck a $10,000 bike....

My buddy told me to take his harley out for a spin.... I loved it.

sold the T700 "ADV" bike and got the Hawk 250 dual sport that I can ride hard and not think twice about wrecking it / putting it down

So for group rides, road rides, and commuting, I'll ride the Harley... for weekend adventures, camping, trail rides, and flat track days, I'll ride the Hawk all day offroad and then over to a brewery... best of both worlds!

so I'm always down to let someone take a toy out for a spin!
