wtf is the thing that looks like a big green dick that keeps coming out in the front?

anyhow .... quads are fun .... i personally went with the quad route so i wouldnt get fully addicted and stop mtn biking, cause i know if i had a dirtbike that would be all over.

Carry more speed into the rutted section, your going to slow easy to catch the rut & spit you off also don't lug the motor so much rev it out if you want to go that slow drop a gear or lose a tooth on your front sprocket. Keep your weight more over the back tire, the only time you should be that far forward is when cornering hard in the smoother sections. Riding dirt is nothing like on the street different animal, keep at it don't give up & be prepared to eat it regularly until you get more skill.

    <---<< YZ250 rider

You are going way too slow, "when in doubt, GAS IT!" that aplies to quads also, seriously you should be going as fast as the guy at 1:58 that passed you. maybe not in the jumps yet if you dont want to but keep in mind that your dirt bike has a lot more travel than your quad and is a heck of a lot more forgiving than quads so big jumps feel like you are on clouds i had a yfz450 i know the diference. ive had times when i thought i was going to eat it and i hit the throttle and the bike straightens itself out. you are also a gear too low you have to be reving much higher, its not a car and you are not commuting and trying to save gas. you should not be cruising at any time you should be changing gears constantly up or down never cruising at a steady rpm at slow speeds specialy in soft dirt like that. slow down if you have to before a turn not during and gas it when you are leaning so the bike shoots you out of the apex and straigtens out. dirt bikes need way more involvemet than anything else IMO. just my 2 cents
