Loved my duratracs on my ranger. Off road and snow performance is amazing, could be a bit better in the rain but that’s expected from an RT tire. I’m thinking of going for duratracs the next set. I love the KO2s but duratracs are better in snow and off-road, KO2s are better for on road driving though.

The ko2’s have a stronger sidewall and don’t get loud with age/wear. the duratracs are a great tire, hoping the ultratrac or whatever the Sasquatch bronco/trx come with are made available soon

They just dropped a new one with more aggressive sidewalls .... id imagine the older models will get even cheaper now

I still love these moto's , They are just as quiet as the day I bought them and have been through all kinds of shit and hard abuse .... not a single issue and wearing super clean and strait cut.

Still stand behind how pleased I am with the OG set ive now got 40,000 km on. There is no scaring or chipping , slashes or anything on these tires ... and i'm quite picky with my tires and also am not easy on them.

My only original complaint were that they are a bit stiff in the E-rated class but after 10k kms they softened right up and road like a cloud.

Even my wife commented on how smooth they are which was surprising as she never pays attention to those kinda things typically.

I appreciate you banging the drum on these tires. Otherwise, I would not have known. I am in NY but have family in CA. Next time I drive up that way I think I will have then install a set. They look pretty good -- and your reviews are not only super positive but are based on all kinds of driving (rain, road, gravel). Thanks for that! Very informative.

Its actually the first tire i've felt the need to do that with ... typically i'm not much for bangin drums on forums of any kind.

I have been into wheelin and being picky with tires for a long time, i've have tube chassis rock crawlers on 40" sticky compound red labels , built toyota's with dual cases on irocs , SSX's , Truxxus MTs ect ect

I've ran D-Tracs , Wild Peaks , Coopers , Toyo's and the whole range of AT's on all assortments of mini trucks and diesel trucks ive owned.

Normally id say "For the value these tires cant be beat" but in all honesty .... they are simply hard to beat period , the fact they are so cheap and you get a wicked Canadian Tire warranty behind them is a bonus.

Again, i'm still super happy with these tires and am willing to say they are likely the least dangerous set of tires in the rain I have ever ran on a pickup.

In the rocks and roots they hook up great , in the snow and ice they actually blew me away and as a bonus they are super quiet on the highway and balanced so well.

My one friend who lives on top of a mountain in the Canadian mountains also swears by these tires ... specially in winter , again he's another tire snob like me.

Along with the others, I am extremely happy with these tires.
Now I am looking for a true winter (3 Peak Mountain snowflake symbol - not just M&S) tire. Maybe Canadian Tire has something?

I finally got my truck and got a flat on the 4th day of ownership - went straight to CT to get some new tires - unfortunately none of the AT3's were in stock anywhere near me so I ended up getting the LT265/75R16 Cooper AT3's on sale and used the $350 in Canadian Tire money I had towards them. Also was able to get a full size spare for only $106 - some old discontinued tire they had kicking around:thumbsup:

It looks like 245/75/R16 is not available though :-(

And it looks like Omni United makes these, not Cooper

    LT245/75R16 120/116R now in stock.
Just have to wait for the regular sale price of 20-25% off.

Still unsure if they are made in the USA (Cooper?) though.

I found a set of the Motormaster A/T 2 's on clearance when then brought out the A/T 3's. Needed new tires for my motorhome and 6 tires at $600 is a steal. Now my motorhome has better offroad tires than my Tacoma :anonymous:

So Canadian Tire replied to my email to them showing them this thread .... they are sending me a new set of those X-Trail tires to try out and review.

Haha what a rad company !

My Cooper Discoverer's are made in the USA so maybe the CT tires are as well?
