In Santa Cruz, there are tons of biking and hiking trails with signs posted everywhere to watch out for big cats.

Never saw one myself.

Did run into a black bear up north though.

yeah that movie was all kinds of ridiculous, but the whole premise that you never know who you might push over the edge is very true in today's world unfortunately

I saw an ad today on IG for Ray Ban shades...with built-in cameras! Now I know that's already a thing but you've got manufacturers now just 'encouraging' people to record everything they see and stream it online.

Definitely a shittier world we live in.

 

No, I don't plan on intentionally getting that close to them.

 

It's already bad with everyone using Facebook live to record stuff in real time. Facebook actually has an entire team of people at its HQ who's job is to go through all the live content as it's being uploaded and make sure it's not something against policy. I think they had to start doing that after some people live streamed themselves killing others/themselves
