I have a 4" block for a 6" lift. I would of course need to find after market leafs with no height right? Similar to stuck. Or should I get 6" lift springs? If they even make them.

Typically for the big lifts you run a block and a lift spring. So a big deaver or OME leaf pack and a 1-2" block. It will ride waaaaaaaaaay better as well.

Ah. Okay. I will look into that set up. I was under the impression that leaf packs with no blocks would be the best ride quality. But of course to get up to that height I need that smaller block. Thank you for your help, I am pretty new at this stuff and learning as I go.

It's hard find a 4" leaf pack that big, and it would ride like a lumber wagon. I've yet to see it and I've installed probably 20 6" lift kits.

I have to ask then. I realize it is a loaded question and belive me. I will do my own homework, but what are your thoughts on Deaver vs OME? No overlanding here. Use my truck to haul tools, building materials and help people move.

Deaver are better but OME is cheaper.

OME tends to rust faster and have more complaints of bushing noise.

Deaver has more engineering and robust leafs.

I'd just get a "medium duty" 2" lift OME leaf pack for 600$ usd and put the 2" block and call it a day if you don't plan on towing or offroading often.

any luck with your problem? I just installed an rxt leaf pack at opt 1 and it sits almost 2" lower... really frustrating... hoping to get it exchanged because also the upper shackle bolt on the same passenger side protrudes almost a half inch out past the nut and wont torque down... I think they installed the wrong sized sleeve... too many issues lol
